Questions

This website is owned and operated by Sunburst logo LLC.

  • Who is our typical customer?

An every day client is looking for custom screen printing or embroidery. It can vary from a small amount of items of one to 3 dozen to a very large run of five hundred. It's all over the board. We do not have just one way of going about our business. Our customers are very different from each other.

There are many different companies to choose from when it comes down to what screen printing and embroidery company that you want to work with.

  • Why is yours going to be the best choice?

How about our reputation for starters. We have more than sixteen years of screen printing and embroidery experience behind us.

Let's look at it this way. You're probably not going to be in business for as long as we have been around if you don't know what you are doing! We have access to the very latest tee shirt screen printing equipment as well as use what is considered to be our industry's finest techniques. This allows us to not just cater to the simple requests but it allows us to take on the most challenging ones. Many of these images are extremely complicated works of art. We take great pride in being able to take on jobs that the other guy's shy away from. These types of requests will range from the most complicated 20 color images to ultra fine half tones and gradients as well as the most tightly registered embroidery logo.

  • What do you think it would cost to have a custom tee shirt made?

Well that will depend on a whole lot of different variables that we take under consideration. Most every screen printing job is going to be unique unto itself. Even though all 3 color jobs are going to be similar, they will all be different from one another.

We will be glad to supply you with a free no obligation bid on your t-shirt job and any other type of garment that you might be interested in.

If you check out the rest of our web site, you will notice that it is very easy to navigate around on it. The online catalog has hundreds of different caps and jackets to pick from. Send us your logo and let us know how many and what brand and color tee shirt that you would like us to quote on. Also don't forget to indicate whether you would prefer screen printing to embroidery. We should be able to respond within one working day.

  • If I am paying for a set up, do I actually own it once the job is completed?

No, we're not charging you for a set up. We are charging you for a film. Once the job is done, we will store the film and pull it later for reuse on a future job at no additional charge. However if you do decide that you would like to have it, we will be glad to give a copy to you. By approaching it in this manner, it ends up being much easier on the environment compared to just throwing it away.

It also keeps the land fills from filling up. The second order is usually going to be much simpler because we don't have to do any color separations.

  • Does your bid also include the t-shirt?

Yes, it usually does. When your price is calculated, it normally does include the garment. We highly recommend that you let us provide the tee shirt as well. We purchase thousands of them so it is likely that we can get it for a whole lot less then you can. Some times we encounter a misprint or there is a hole punched in the shirt during the embroidery process. If that happens then we can replace the tee shirt affordably and quickly. Once the job is actually running, we do not have time to stop the production process until you can bring us another one. Besides, if you supplied the garment, then we can't always replace it wholesale and sometimes we can't find them at all.

If you still would rather choose to go out and get your own t-shirt, then we can put together a special quote that would include the embroidery or the screen printing.

  • Do you think that it would be a problem if I could get a quote on some screen printing for my t-shirt project for next month?

Of course not. That is more then enough lead time. Normal turn around time is 10 working days. We can go about this a number of different ways. One way would be for you to call us and then you could actually speak to one of our knowledgeable screen printing staff in person.

You could also go directly to our web site. It was created with the customer in mind and is extremely easy to navigate. Just click on free quote request and then start filling out the necessary information required to give you an accurate quote. After that has been completed, you should receive that t-shirt quote within twenty four hours of being submitted.

  • I'm not an artist. Can you please help me?

Our average client will provide us with art work that is clean and ready to go. That being said, a lot of art requires cleaning up or even color separations. If your logo does end up needing some extra attention then we are glad to what we can in assisting you. Keep in mind that a completed t-shirt is never going to be better than the art work that it originated from. So good clean art is going to be vital in order to give you a great looking completed garment.

  • I waited way too long to order these things and need them in just a few days. Am I still going to be able get them in time for my event?

We do have a 4 day rush service. We will access a rush charge when you're given your production price.

  • How long does screen printing normally hold up for?

Well that depends on many different things. For instance, How often do you wash it? Do you use bleach when you wash it? How often do you wear it?

Usually then, the most important part of this equation is making sure that you get a good cure on the ink when it comes out of the dryer. Sometimes you can walk a very fine line between burning the tee shirt and curing it. A common screen printing ink will dry at about 320 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • We would like to see some samples of your work that you have done. Would you be able to do that?

We could show you as many jobs as you would like to see.

  • Is my order to small for you?

We pride ourselves in our ability to be flexible.

We are very good at doing the little things well. We give the small order the same respect and attention to detail as we do the enormous orders.

We understand that the organization that requires a small amount of screen printing is often on a very limited budget.

It's all relative. Their job is equally as important to them as a large order is to a major event with 2000 attendants. Therefore, we strive to give these type of requests the same respect and attention to detail because we know that it's all important. Trying to be sensitive to this along with our approach of delivering a fine finished product on time with a great price is precisely what sets T-shirt printing Columbus, OH apart from the other custom screen printing and custom embroidery companies in Columbus, Ohio area.

Don't hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.

We actually answer our phones. You can talk to a real person and not a voice mail.

Sometimes we might be on the phone assisting some one else. If that is the case, then just leave a message and we will be faithful to call you back as soon as we possibly can.

We look forward to working with you!
