I remember growing up in the 1960s as a young boy watching cartoons on a Saturday in black and white on an old TV that only had five or six channels on it. After watching Johnny Quest, I walked over to my buddy's house next door and he showed me something that I had never seen before. It was a gadget that allowed me to sit on the couch and actually change the channel without having to get up and walk over to the television and rotate the changer dial. I thought to myself, "This is amazing! How can it get any better than this?". Why would it need to? About a year later I went to work with my father at his pharmacy. I noticed that he got a brand new state-of-the-art phone cord that was approximately 10 feet long. It allowed you the freedom to walk within a 10 foot parameter of the telephone while actually having a conversation. Let's just say that I was more than impressed.

Today's technology has had a huge effect on almost every part of our lives as well as our economy and the custom T-shirt printing business is certainly no exception to that rule. We have evolved from the age-old method of traditional screen silk screening to digital T-shirt printing which can reproduce the most complicated graphic images in just minutes. We also have access to state-of-the-art custom embroidery machines that can apply stitches at a rate of over 750 stitches per minute. To put it in perspective, that's moving so quickly that you can't hardly even see the needle moving.

In spite of all these technologically advanced advantages, not all things have changed for the better. Many of the Columbia MO T-shirt printing companies have tried to automate customer service and have taken the human element out of the equation. Think about it. How many times have you called a Columbia MO screen printing company and got a voice mail? So often websites force you to e-mail a quote request forcing you to have to wait for someone to hopefully get back with you in a timely manner. Our company has chosen to embrace the best advantages that modern technology has lent itself to, but we have also chosen to remain old-school when it comes to customer service. We actually prefer you to call us because we believe there is no substitute for audible communication. The more we can find out about your objectives and what you're trying to accomplish, the better chance we have of offsetting any challenges such as budget limitations and ultra-fast turnaround times.

Here is something to consider if you're looking for digital printing or custom embroidery and you live in the Columbia Missouri area. Call three or four of our competitors in order to compare our pricing with theirs. See if they actually answer the phone when you call? If they don't, then that should send you a loud and clear message. If they don't take your call when they think you are a potential buyer, then how much harder would it be to get a hold of them in the event that there was a potential problem that needed to be addressed immediately? If you are forced to leave a message or send an e-mail, it might be two or three days before anybody even retrieves that message if you happen to have left it on a Friday after five o'clock and they were closed on the weekends. We believe that nobody is infallible, but the difference between one company and another is simply the way they handle it. That starts with a quick response. The sooner you can get a hold of a representative the quicker they can start working towards solutions.

We live and die on the repeat order along with the customer referral and it is our mission to create a scenario where you are as comfortable using us as we are working with you. If this is the case, then we are confident that the repeat orders will take care of themselves.
